Opportunity Details:

(Login for Information), an independent community hospital, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing, hospital-owned practice in Clinton, North Carolina. The new practice is located directly across from the hospital, providing seamless access to both inpatient and outpatient services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing a broad range of general orthopedic procedures and managing patients in both settings. Experience or interest in Sports Medicine is a plus but not required. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

• Schedule:
  • Clinic: Monday & Wednesday, 8am-5pm
  • OR: Tuesday & Thursday
  • Fridays: Alternates every other week between clinic (8am-12pm) and OR
  • Clinic hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm; Friday, 8am-12pm
  • Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation

• Practice Details:
  • Patient Volume: 20-30 patients per clinic day
  • Case Mix: General orthopedics with a strong focus on sports medicine
  • Team & Support:
    • Dedicated, specialized Orthopedic PA in clinic Monday-Friday
    • Supported by 2 Medical Assistants, Radiology Technician, and in-house Diagnostic Scheduler

• Facilities & Technology:
  • 9 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, in-house diagnostic testing, and X-ray
  • Hospital-owned Outpatient Diagnostics Center with advanced imaging
  • On-site Rehabilitation Center for comprehensive physical therapy
