Job Description

Job Overview
  • Start Date: ASAP pending credentialing, 7 shifts per month ongoing
  • Setting: Inpatient
  • Patient Volume: avg 10 per day
  • Job Details:
    • 24-hour call - can take from hotel
    • 30 minute response time
    • General Orthopedic call. No trauma designation.
    • Case mix is usually fractures, ED Consults, Inpatient consults
    • Credentialing timeframe: around 60 days
    • Procedures: Arthroscopy, Total Joint replacement, Joint revision or repair, Percutaneous disc surgery, Hand, HIP
  • Client Requirements: BC or truly BE, active NC license
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing, and will cover malpractice.
