New Orthopedic Surgery Locums Job l Ohio
Our client in Ohio is searching for an Orthopedic Surgeon to assist with coverage. Ideally, they're looking for a new permanent surgeon, so if you're looking for a new opportunity this could be a great position!
Description/Requirements for Assignment #111822
* Active Ohio license, Board Certification and BLS and ACLS required
* Start date: As soon as credentialed. This is an ongoing opportunity for a Surgeon to cover 1-2 weeks per month on an ongoing basis until a new surgeon is identified.
* Patient demographic: 95% adult and 5% trauma (hospital is a level II trauma facility). You'll see 60% clinic/office and 40% hospital
* Procedure required: General Ortho-non-surgical, surgical, arthroscopy, Total joint procedures highly preferred
* No call for the locum, but this could change. Call will currently be managed by permanent Orthopedic Surgeons
* Will see clinic patients, and have OR time during the week (exact schedule TBD)
* EMR EPIC
* 85 bed hospital
