- Call only schedule: 9 shifts per month, 1-2 weekends monthly
- Average 10 orthopedic inpatients plus ED trauma call coverage
- 6 patients per shift with approximately 5 phone consults per day
- Arthroscopy and total joint replacement skills required
- Joint revision and repair capabilities needed
- ED trauma coverage including hip fractures and simple fractures
- 15-minute call response time with beeper coverage
- 10% callback rate with 0-4 hour callback range
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
