Located in the Oregon Cascade Mountains, we have served the south-central region since 1974. We currently have 6 Orthopedic Surgeons,1 Podiatrist, and 7 Physician Assistants and are looking to add a second?Sports Orthopedic Surgeon. Highlights are?listed below.

- $550,000 - $600,000 2-Year Guarantee
