Job Description
A leading hospital system in El Paso, Texas is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Surgeon to grow and help shape a dedicated pediatric surgery program with strong institutional backing and established clinical support.
Position Outline:
Broad bread-and-butter pediatric surgery with flexible clinic and OR scheduling.
Multidisciplinary support from pediatric hospitalists, neonatologists, and pediatric anesthesiologists.
Unlimited PTO after two years.
Competitive base salary plus wRVU production.
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, malpractice, CME allowance, and 401(k) with match.
