Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon for a part-time role within our practice. The surgeon will perform a variety of cosmetic procedures, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes in a state-of-the-art environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in collaboration with our skilled anesthesiology staff and clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

Surgical Procedures:

• Perform elective cosmetic surgeries (e.g., body contouring, facial plastics, etc.)
• Oversee pre- and post-operative consultations, including evaluations, informed consents, and follow-ups.

Patient Care & Safety:

• Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain high standards of safety and hygiene.
• Monitor patients through all stages of treatment to ensure optimal healing and satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with the anesthesiologist, nursing staff, and administrative team for efficient scheduling and resource management.
• Provide guidance or mentorship to any assisting staff, ensuring all surgical protocols and best practices are followed.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Plastic Surgery (ABPS or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant cosmetic surgery experience (or fellowship training).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultations.
• Malpractice insurance coverage (or willingness to obtain).

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-Time Basis:

• 1–2 days/week (or as determined by mutual agreement).
• Flexible hours; Create your own schedule.
