Job Summary
We are a leading med spa in Buckhead seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General/Plastic Surgeon to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of facial surgical procedures and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. The Surgeon will be responsible for consulting and recommending the best treatments to reconstruct or enhance the patient's appearance, performing surgeries, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties

• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and consultations with patients to determine the best course of treatment.
• Perform surgical procedures with precision and care.
• Collaborate with medical staff in the operating room to ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment.
• Monitor patients post-surgery to assess recovery progress and manage any complications.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all surgical procedures performed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-operative care.
• Stay current with advancements in surgical techniques and technologies through continuous professional development.

Experience

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a residency program in general/cosmetic surgery.
• Board certification in surgery or a related field.
• Experience in a medical office setting, urgent care, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
