Plastic Surgeon Smithtown NY (Long Island)

We are looking for a dedicated Plastic Surgeon to join our extraordinary team in Smithtown NY. Join our well respected, experienced, and reputable team with over 20 years’ experience within our community! We are looking for a BCBE Plastic Surgeon with a passion for breast surgery and body sculpting procedures who will be driven to build our brand as a leader in all areas of cosmetic surgery. This role is perfect for a driven and skilled surgeon looking to make an impact in a high-performing, patient-first practice with a strong surgical team and resources to support an incoming surgeon.

Duties:

  • Consultations with patients (Plastic and Reconstructive surgery focused)
  • Perform surgery and med spa treatments (Botox, fillers, etc.)
  • Deliver consistently excellent surgical and non-surgical results with compassionate patient care.
  • Actively contribute to practice growth via social media, seminars (at least biannually), and networking with referring physicians.
  • Educate the internal team on body procedures and patient journeys to enhance communication and advocacy.
  • Explore and present new innovations in aesthetic body surgery.
  • Help develop a growing portfolio of before-and-after results showcasing body work.
  • Coordinate care with the patient care coordinator and MA support.

 

Requirements:

  • Board-certified (or board-eligible) Plastic Surgeon with valid NY licensure.
  • Special interest and experience in body procedures such as liposuction, abdominoplasty, body lifts, etc.

 

Salary:

  • From $350,000.00 per year (productivity-based compensation model with uncapped, high earnings potential)

 

Schedule:

  • Full time (Mon-Friday)
