MORE INFORMATION:

Specialty & Credentials:
- Plastic surgeon (ABPS board-certified or board-eligible) or OB/GYN with 
formal aesthetic gynecology training and meaningful labiaplasty experience
- Clean malpractice history

Core Clinical Skillset
- High-volume labiaplasty experience (required)
- Vaginoplasty capability preferred (hospital/ASC setting)
- Comfortable operating efficiently in stacked, high-throughput surgical days

Consults & Sales
- Able and willing to handle their own consultations
- Confident discussing procedures, outcomes, and treatment plans directly with patients
- Works collaboratively with a Patient Coordinator for financing and scheduling

Availability & Commitment
- Open to full-time or part-time engagement
- Flexible scheduling across Manhattan, Great Neck (Long Island), and New Jersey
- Willing to stack cases to maximize efficiency

Practice Preferences
- Prefers a steady flow of qualified patients; no requirement to self-market or generate leads
- Comfortable practicing within a structured, professional environment with clinical autonomy

Nice-to-have (not required):
Speaks Spanish
Has some social media presence or experience

Licensing & Logistics
- Active New York medical license required
- New Jersey license or willingness to obtain strongly preferred
- Comfortable working across multiple locations
- Clean credentialing and compliance history
