Opportunity Overview
An outstanding opportunity is available for a Plastic Surgeon, newly trained or experienced, to join an established surgeon within a high-volume, Center of Excellence surgical program on Long Island.
This position offers immediate access to a large, established patient population with significant demand for both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery, including a strong and growing volume of post-bariatric body contouring cases.
The practice is fully integrated within a multidisciplinary surgical group, providing a strong referral network and immediate case volume across reconstructive and aesthetic domains.

Candidate Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Plastic Surgery residency via one of the following pathways:
Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency (typically 6 years total), or
Independent pathway: 5-year ACGME General Surgery residency followed by 2–3 years of Plastic Surgery training
Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS)
Eligible to obtain and maintain an unrestricted medical license in New York State
Completion of all required USMLE and/or COMLEX examinations
Strong commitment to reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery, with emphasis on body contouring (post-bariatric experience preferred)
