- Call only coverage with 1:3 call ratio
- 10-15 patients seen per shift
- Required: general CV/thoracic surgery procedures
- Includes CABG, valve repair, lung resection, and TAVR
- Open and endoscopic procedures required
- 20 phone consults per 24 hours
- 10 admissions per shift
- 25% call back rate
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
