Thoracic Surgery Locums Job in Michigan | June 2026 - Ongoing
Seeking 24 hour call coverage with coverage dates needed June 2026-December 2026 and potential to extend.
Dates of Coverage Needed:--Orientation one day prior to first shift, proctoring to be scheduled
--6/26 @ 7am - 6/29 @ 7am
--7/31 @ 7am – 8/10 @ 7am
--10/17 @ 7am - 10/21 @ 7am
--11/3 @ 7am - 11/6 @ 7am
--11/20 @ 7am - 11/30 @ 7am
--12/18 @ 7am - 12/29 @ 7am
Details/Requirements for Assignment #115644:
» 24 Hour Call
» Mainly inpatient services, full scope thoracic procedures/surgeries, emergency OP consults, and follow-ups
» Full scope thoracic surgery including esophageal work, vats, chest surgery, wedge resection, etc
» Robotic and Open Cases
» APP in the practice (no supervision required)
» Active MI license or IMLC with LOQ and BLS, ACLS required
» EMR: EPIC/Dragon
» Current Board Certified required or truly Board Eligible candidates
» Case logs required - 50 major vascular surgical procedures in last 12 months including 7 open aortic
