• Candidates need leadership experience; must be fellowship trained in surgical critical care/trauma
• Candidate must be a board-certified general surgeon with a special interest in trauma
• Physician will participate in trauma call and help the hospital obtain Level III trauma designation
• Must be current in ATLS
