Trauma Surgery Locums Job in Connecticut | ASAP Start | Assignment #: 108602 

Coverage Needs: 
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
- Call: Three night per week, Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-7:00am; Saturday-Sunday, 7:00am-7:00am

Assignment Details/Requirements:
- Need coverage during search for permanent provider
- 30-40 days to start if active license and clean history
- Connecticut license required
- Primarily Adult/Geriatric, but will occasionally see Child/Adolescent
- Fully staffed OR staff
- Volume: 5 trauma surgical cases per day
- Requirements: BC, Fellowship, CT license, DEA, ACLS
- Facility Information: Trauma Level 1, >600 total beds, >80,000 annual ER visits, 35% of ED patients admitted to hospital
- EMR: EPIC

Required Procedures:
- Trauma Cases ADULT
- Trauma Cases GERIATRIC
- PENETRATING Trauma Cases
- BLUNT Trauma Cases
- Chest Tube Insertion
- Appendectomy
- Cholecystectomy
