Facility has a Trauma, Acute Care, and Critical Care Surgery (TAC) opportunity for a compelling role for a fellowship-trained surgeon seeking clinical impact, leadership growth, and academic engagement.
--Role: Board Eligible/Board Certified TAC Surgeon
--Specialty Requirement: Fellowship in Surgical Critical Care
--Schedule: Shift Based Scheduling consisting of shared coverage as a team for Nights, Weekends, Days, Surgery and ICU
--APP and Resident Support
--Call: Shared trauma rotation with existing General Surgery team
--Inpatient Focus: No outpatient clinic responsibilities mentioned
--Trauma Center: Level II
--Team Structure:
- You’ll be the 6th TAC surgeon on the team
- Collaborate directly with the Trauma Critical Care Medical Director
- Work alongside General Surgeons in a trauma rotation call schedule
- Goal: Expand to a 7 member TAC team
