Practice Details

• Offers a high quality of life both professionally and personally.
• BC/BE Trauma Acute Care Surgeon needed to practice at the largest regional medical center within 150-mile radius. 
• Practicing and experienced physicians as well as fellows will be considered.
• Must be licensed in Texas or eligible.
• Full-Time is 14 shifts per month
• Schedule Commitment: 12 hours of Primary Call and 12 hour of Backup Call
  • Physicians may cover 7 days consecutively and do not need to remain in-house during their 12 hour back up call coverage 
  • 7 days on/7 days off (starting on Mondays)

Compensation Details

• Rate: $2,688 per day
• Sign-on bonus ($25K)
• Relocation & house hunting assistance (up to $20K)

• Surgeon will respond to ED, round on in-house patients, see consults and perform needed surgeries.
