Position Summary: Part-time Orthopedic Surgeon (Eastern Shore)
Riverside Health is seeking a board certified/eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our dynamic orthopedic team on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. The successful candidate will provide high-quality orthopedic care in a collaborative clinical environment focused on excellent outcomes and community service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive orthopedic evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical care
- Perform orthopedic procedures consistent with training and specialty focus
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers, physical therapy, and clinical staff
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and professional standards
- Brand new $80 million hospital

Qualifications
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
- Visa providers eligible at Eastern Shore location only
