Vascular Surgery Clinic, OR + Call Coverage Locums Job | Florida East Coast | Starting October + Ongoing 

Jackson and Coker is partnered with a facility on the eastern Florida coast that is seeking locum tenens coverage beginning the first week of October 2025 and ongoing. The client operates 2 clinics, 1–2 ORs, and requires 24-hr call coverage ideally split between 3 rotating Vascular Surgeons.

The client is seeking 1-2 flexible candidates to add to their current rotation & to assist with a variety of clinic + OR shifts (no call attached), clinic + OR shifts with call coverage attached + some weekend 24 hour call coverage. They request candidates that are flexible and willing to work in clinic/OR settings & who are open to assisting with some call (1:3 rotation) as needed.

Dates Needed:
--(1 provider needed: clinic + 1:3 call, 2 providers needed: clinic/OR + 1:3 call, 3 providers needed: clinic x2/OR + 1:3 call)
--1 provider: October 13–16 (M–Thurs)
--2 providers: October 27–31 (M-F)
--1 provider: November 3–7 (M-F)
--2 providers: November 10–11 (M+T)
--1 provider: November 12–14 (W-F)
--1 provider: November 24–25 (M+T)
--2 providers: November 26, 28 (W+F)
--1 provider: December 1–5 (M-F) +  8–12 (M-F)
--3 providers (clinic/OR & full call): December 22 – January 5

Credentialing Requirements:
* Two leadership + 1 peer reference (within 24 months)
* Up-to-date case logs
* Clean background preferred
* Active Florida license + DEA
* Board Certified in Vascular Surgery and/or fellowship-trained
* Endovascular capabilities required

Assignment #108393 Overview:
- Coverage type: Inpatient + outpatient (clinic, OR, call 1:3)
- OR Info: ~5 cases/day + APP 1st assist in OR
- Call info: daily rounding, emergent cases, new consults, APP assist (APPs don’t round), will cover attached & unattached
- Clinic info: 25 PPD (split), APP support, ablations, onsite vascular US lab (own reads), cath lab available
- Facility: 490+ beds, Level II trauma (full trauma support), Athena EMR
