Vascular Surgery Locums Job in Ohio | 24-Hour Weekend Call | Immediate and Ongoing Coverage | Assignment #112773

Coverage Needed:
-- Immediate and ongoing
-- Weekends - Dates TBD

Shift Descriptions:
-- 24-hour call, 8am-8am

Requirements:
-- Must be Board Certified/FACS
-- Must be licensed in Ohio
-- ACLS and BLS certifications
-- Active Ohio DEA
-- Vascular procedures: Aneurysm repairs, Thoracic, Abdominal, Peripheral, Vascular Access Devices, AV shunt
-- Endovascular procedures: Carotid Artery Stenting, Bypass Surgery, Aortofemoral Bypass, Stenting, Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions
-- Endovascular therapy: Peripheral Artery Disease, Gangrene of the limbs
-- Treatment of lymphedema

Assignment Details:
-- Level I trauma facility
-- EMR: Epic
-- Call ratio: 50%
-- Average number of cases per day: 10
-- Number of operating rooms: 2
-- Hemodialysis access
