Job Description
A not-for-profit health system just over an hour from Houston is recruiting a fellowship-trained Vascular Surgeon to step into immediate volume.
Two senior surgeons are nearing retirement, creating a rare opportunity to inherit an established referral base with zero local competition.
This is a true vascular surgery role , not general surgery with a few vascular cases.
Practice Highlights:
$850,000 guaranteed base salary
wRVU production model with proven $1M+ earning potential
1:4 call covering only one hospital
Dedicated vascular focus, open and endovascular
Large referral network serving 400,000+ population
Modern ORs and hospital investment in advanced technology
Immediate case volume due to upcoming retirements
