Urgent Care (IM,FP,UC) Physician Bakersfield, CA

Salary: $220k-305k

Compensation:

Competitive Salary: $220,000 - $305,000 annually

Work-Life Balance:

Monday to Friday Schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM

No Nights, Weekends, Holidays, or On-Call Duties

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.

Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with the medical team to ensure excellence in patient care.

Actively engage in clinical quality improvement initiatives.

Build relationships with employers and community partners to support healthcare initiatives.

Mentor and support staff to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to operational goals.

Qualifications:

Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.

DEA license.

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

Preferred two years of clinical and supervisory experience.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
