Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practioner to join our healthcare team. As a Healthcare Provider in our office, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans
- Perform various medical procedures, such as administering injections, phlebotomizing, and assisting with cardiac catheterization
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies
- Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in medical treatments and technologies
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practioner program
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practioner (NP) (FNP)
- Valid state license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practioner
- Experience in ICU, radiation therapy, DME, or other relevant specialties is preferred
- Proficiency in medical coding (ICD-10) and documentation practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Knowledge of public health principles and practices

Pay: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour
