An Urgent Care is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Warsaw, Indiana.
The role involves working 8-hour urgent care (UC) shifts, managing between 15 to 30 patients daily. The advanced practice provider (APP) is responsible for conducting physical examinations, assessing medical conditions, providing patient counseling and education, making referrals and care transfers as needed, and prescribing medications. The electronic medical record (EMR) system used is Cerner.
