Clinicians must demonstrate competency in treating patients from 3 months old and older in a high-volume setting handling 30-60 patients daily. Essential skills include laceration repair, incision and drainage procedures, X-ray and EKG interpretation, with Work Compensation experience and DOT certification preferred. The role demands consistent availability and comfort working in a busy, fast-paced urgent care environment.
