Urology Physician Locums Job in Arizona | Full-Time and Ongoing with Call | Assignment #110773

Schedule/Availability Requirements:
--40 hours per week, one week a month of ED on call, with weekend

Requirements: 
--Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Urology
--Robotics Trained 
--AZ license or active IMLC
--Certifications: BLS
--MD/DO, Med Mal
--Required Procedures: Cystoscopy, biopsies

Assignment Details:
--Setting: Clinic/Hospital
--Duties: Clinic, surgery and on call
--EMR: Cerner
--Support Staff: MA, RN
--Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days after receiving completed application
