- Call only position with 100% call ratio
- 7 - 9 patients per shift with 6 or less admissions per 24 hours
- General urology with advanced endoscopic and laparoscopic techniques
- Robotic surgery and radical procedures required
- Both inpatient and outpatient rounding
- Phone consults required
- 15 minute response time required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
