- Call only coverage with 30 minute response time
- 2-3 patients per shift with rounding on unassigned patients
- Hospital setting with 365 bed capacity
- Advanced endoscopic techniques and laparoscopic surgeries required
- Robotic surgery experience preferred
- Adult and pediatric urology coverage
- Call ratio 5-7 with average 4 phone consults per 24 hours
- Complex procedures including radical cystectomy and prostatectomy
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
- Competitive compensation
