Urology Physician Locums Job in Colorado | Clinic + Night Call and Weekend 24 Hour Call 

Schedule needed for Assignment #108554:
--Site needs 3 weeks per month for locum coverage in total.
--Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm + 4pm-7am (night call) & Saturday-Sunday - 24 hour call (7am-7am)

Dates of Coverage:
--All shifts end the following day at 7am.

--July 7-13
--July 14-20
--Aug 25-31
--Sept 22-28
--Ongoing dates will be needed and will begin starting Nov 3, 2025 as schedules are released.

Job Requirements:
--Board Certified Urology - required, will not accept BE candidates
--Active CO License - highly preferred
--Active BLS - required for credentialing
--Active DEA - required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
--Clean Malpractice - required, willing to accept 1 case up to $300k - Candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report at time of presentation will be considered with priority over those that do not.
--Clean Background – required
--Ongoing dates will be needed and will begin starting November 3, 2025 as schedules are released. 

Job Details:
--Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level III
--Required Procedures/Job Duties: Seeing patients in clinic
--OR time for various procedures
--EMR: EPIC
--Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
--Reason for Coverage: 3 locums require 6 month break.
--Average # of patients seen per day during clinic: 6-12 patients
