--June 23-27

--Ongoing dates will be determined if coverage needs will be extended
Shift Description:
--Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) on site; 1-hour unpaid lunch
--Monday-Friday (4pm-7am) night call
--Saturday-Sunday (7am-7am) 24-hour call
Details/Requirements:
--Board Certified urology or truly board eligible
--Active Colorado license – highly preferred, but not required
--Active BLS certification
--Active DEA certification (site will consider transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked)
--Clean malpractice; those who present with a self-inquiry NPDB report at time of presentation will be considered with priority over those that do not
--Clean background
--Candidates must be available for any of the coverage dates to be considered; must detail which dates they are able to cover
--Candidates must be able to perform robotic procedures, see clinic patients, and perform general urology surgeries
--EMR modules required and must be willing to complete virtual and onsite EMR training before the start date of the assignment
--Reason for Coverage: unexpected leave of absence
--Physicians will be covering clinic and scheduled procedures
--Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, and Call Trauma Level III
--OR time for various procedures
--Facility trauma level: 3
--EMR: EPIC
--Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
--Average procedures performed in a day: 4-6
--Average number of patients seen in clinic per day: 12-16
--Seeking two providers
--Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days; temporary privileges: can meet June start with Physician who is CO licensed and clean MP/background
