Urology Physician Locums Job in Colorado | Clinic Shifts Starting June-September and Ongoing

Schedule Needed: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch

Dates Needed:
--June 23-27
--June 30- July 3
--August 11-15
--August 18-22
--August 25-26
--September 8-12
--September 15-19
--September 29-October 3
--Ongoing dates will be determined if coverage needs will be extended

Job Requirements:
--Board Certified Urology
--Active Colorado license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
--Active BLS
--Active DEA
--Clean Malpractice - Required, Candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report will be considered with priority over those that do not.
--Clean Background - Required
--Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level III
--Required Procedures/Job Duties: Seeing Clinic patients, robotic procedures, and general urology surgeries
--OR time for various procedures
--EMR: EPIC
--Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
--Reason for Coverage: unexpected leave of absence.
