Urology Locums Job in Colorado | Full Time ASAP | Beginning September 1 and Ongoing | Assignment # 110731

Coverage Needed:  
--All shifts end the following day at 7am
--September 1-7
--September 8-14
--September 29-October 5
--October 20-26
--November 3-9
--November 10-16
--December 1-7
--December 8-14
--December 22-28
--December  29-January 4
--Ongoing dates will be needed and will begin starting November 3, 2025 as schedules are released. 

Shift Description:  
--Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) on site; 1-hour unpaid lunch 
--Monday-Friday (4pm-7am) night call 
--Saturday-Sunday (7am-7am) 24-hour call 

Details/Requirements: 
--Board Certified Urology or truly board eligible  
--Active Colorado license – highly preferred, but not required
--Active BLS and DEA certification 
--Clean malpractice; those who present with a self-inquiry NPDB report at time of presentation will be considered with priority over those that do not 
--Physicians will be covering clinic and scheduled procedures 
--Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, and Call Trauma Level III 
--OR time for various procedures 
--Facility trauma level: 3 
--EMR: EPIC 
--Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN 
--Average procedures performed in a day: 4-6 
--Average number of patients seen in clinic per day: 12-16
