- On-call coverage with 20 minute response time -- 1:1 call ratio
- 25 patient encounters expected per shift
- Inpatient and outpatient rounding required
- Average 2 patients seen with 1 admission per shift
- 3 - 5 phone consults on average
- Scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
