- $600,000 guaranteed salary
- $75,000 sign-on bonus

- 7-on/7-off schedule providing dedicated ER coverage and call
- Manage inpatient rounding across two modern regional medical centers in Carrollton and Villa Rica
- Daily Urology Urgent Clinic Care (2–3 hours) in the Carrollton office—well-structured and efficient
- Perform a full range of urologic surgeries at both local campuses
- EPIC EMR across the system with Abridge AI for streamlined documentation
- Access to the da Vinci 5 robotic surgical system at the Carrollton campus
