The hospital maintains modern urological capabilities with EPIC EMR system and provides both inpatient and surgical services to support regional patient care needs.

The urologist will provide 24-hour call coverage Friday 8 AM to Monday 8 AM for comprehensive urological services including inpatient consultations, emergency procedures, and surgical interventions. The clinician will manage an average daily census of 3-12 patients with approximately 3 daily admissions and handle 8-10 patients per shift using EPIC EMR for all documentation. The position requires board certification in Urology and includes rare clinic coverage from 8 AM to 4:30 PM when needed. Call coverage must be maintained 100% of the time to support the facility's current staffing model where 2 physicians cannot adequately cover both clinic operations and continuous call responsibilities.
