Job Description
A healthcare system in Hawaii is seeking to add another BC Urologist to its established team. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a community-focused practice with the potential for high surgical volumes due to a lack of full-time urology coverage on the island.
The Opportunity
Bread and butter urology practice with occasional weekend call
3-4 days in clinic and 1 dedicated OR day a week, with the ability to add on more cases
$575,000 Base Salary with additional Productivity Incentives and Quality Bonuses
Sign-on Bonus and up to $20,000 Relocation Bonus
25-35 Days of Paid Time Off + 10 Paid Holidays
Comprehensive Benefits Package including Health/Dental/Vision insurance, 401k with 4% match, and Malpractice Insurance with Tail Coverage
