Job Description

A 72-bed Community Hospital on the tropical island if Kauai is seeking a full-time BC/BE Urologist to join their team. This large, multi-specialty group covers 4 of the Hawaiian islands and offer strong practice support, autonomy, and stability.

This is a lifestyle position with manageable clinical and surgical volumes that also allow for strong income potential.

The Position:
  • Practice alongside 1 NP and 2 part-time Urologists
  • Schedule includes a 4-day work week, Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri
  • 1 dedicated OR day per week
  • Income potential into the $700K range through base salary and production bonus
  • Full Benefits, PTO, $100K Sign-on package, Relocation, and more
