Urology Physician Locums Job in Illinois | Scheduled Clinic Hours Only | ASAP - Ongoing | Assignment #114230

Coverage Needed
-- ASAP – Ongoing
-- Seeking a part time schedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off OR 1 week on/1 week off OR 2 days one week, 3 days the next week 

Shift Description
-- Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Requirements
-- Board Certified in Urology
-- Must have active Illinois license
-- ACLS, BLS

Assignment Details
-- Patients per day: 20 patients per day in the clinic setting
-- Support staff: RN, CMA, PA, and APP
-- Other physicians on staff: 3 physicians in the department
-- EMR: EPIC
-- Credentialing timeline: 90 days for full privileges
-- Facility size: 330 beds
-- Trauma level: Level I

Procedures Required
-- Cystoscopy
-- Urethral dilations
-- Pelvic exams
-- Prostate exams
-- Prostate biopsy

Patient Population
-- 100% adult patients (Average patient age: 68)
