Urologist Locums Job in Indiana | Ongoing Coverage

Assignment Details #106543:
--Dates of Coverage: August 25 - September 1, November 20 - December 1
--24 hour call (7AM-7AM)
--Board Certification is required
--Active Indiana license and DEA is required
--24 hour call (7AM-7AM), covering Emergency Department and Hospital consults and emergencies. Only ED and Hospital work, no office.  Cover emergencies and any needing surgery. 
--Patient Volume: 0-10 daily
--Required Procedures: Hydronephrosis with renal and ureteral calculous obstruction, Calculus of kidney, Benign prostatic hyperplasia with lower urinary tract symptoms, Calculus of ureter, Urinary tract infection
--EMR: EPIC
