Job Description

The Opportunity:
Join a highly productive Urologist, APP, dedicated Director, experienced surgical team, and the opportunity for additional support staff
Robotic capabilities utilizing new XI DaVinci, laparoscopy, laser surgery, cystoscopy, and a center of excellence for UroLift
Blocked schedule for the hospital OR and surgery center with a flexible schedule with physician input upfront and a collaborative call rotation
Great referral and feeder system with nearly 60 hospital-affiliated PCPs in the area with high Urology demand
Urologists practice at one of the nicest clinics in the area, located next door to the hospital and across the hall from the surgery center
Parameters and Compensation:
Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology
Competitive guarantee base salary with a lucrative w/RVU production model and income beyond 90th percentile per MGMA, proven 7-figure potential with surgery center ownership opportunities
