Urologist Physician Locums Job | Ongoing Coverage in Indiana | Beginning December 1, 2025 | Assignment #112042
Urgent dates ongoing needs continued into 2026
--Monday, December 1 at 7a – Friday, December 5 at 5p
--Monday, December 8 at 7a – Friday, December 19 at 5p
--Monday, December 22 at 7a – Friday, December 26 at 5p
Details/Requirements:
--Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
--Indiana license at the time of submission required
--Indiana DEA and CDS certification is required
--ACLS certification required
--Clinic and Call coverage. Ideally, they would like a provider to cover clinic/hospital call which would include rounding, clinic patients, consults, etc.
--Clinic Coverage (7AM-5PM); Night Call (5PM-7AM)
--Adults only
--Average 2-5 patients per day
--EMR: EPIC
--General Urology procedures
