Urologist Physician Locums Job | Ongoing Coverage in Indiana | Beginning December 1, 2025 | Assignment #112042

Urgent dates of coverage needed (ongoing needs continued into 2026 TBD):
-- Tuesday, December 9 at 7a – Friday, December 19 at 5p
-- Monday, December 22 at 7a – Friday, December 26 at 5p 

Shift Details:
--Will be on 24 hour call covering the hospital consults, clinic patients, and rounding (clinic coverage: 7AM-5PM; night call: 5PM-7AM)
--2-5 clinic patients per day

Details/Requirements:
--Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
--Indiana license at the time of submission required - client will not consider unlicensed candidates
--Indiana DEA and CDS certification is required
--ACLS certification required
--Adults only
--EMR: EPIC
--General Urology procedures
