Dates for Assignment:

--July 20-24
--November 2-6
--24 hour call each day. Clinic schedule below.
--Mondays are OR days, Tuesday clinic 8-12, Wednesday 8-4, Thursday 8-12, Friday 8-12
Job Requirements for Assignment #108234:
-- Kentucky medical license
-- Board Certification or Board Eligibility within 5 years
-- 24 hour call
-- Low patient volume
-- Not a trauma center
-- Covering assigned patients
-- EMR: Cerner
