Urology Locums to Perm Job in Kentucky | Ongoing Clinic + Call | Premium Rates

Ideal candidate will be interested in a permanent placement after working locums 

Job Requirements for assignment #94829:
-- Kentucky medical license not required to apply (IMLC certificate must be active at time of submission)
-- Board Certification or Board Eligibility within five years
-- Clinic coverage and surgery days - Monday through Friday (very flexible with clinic and block time)
-- 10 days per month of 24-hour call coverage
-- Mix of clinic/call; bread & butter Urology
-- 350+ beds in facility
-- EMR: Epic
