Job Description

A highly respected and market-leading urology group in Louisiana is expanding and seeking a collaborative Urologist to join its growing team. This dominant practice serves the region with approximately 70% market share, offering new physicians immediate volume, strong infrastructure, and exceptional earning potential.

The Opportunity:
  • Join a well-established, high-volume urology practice with APP call support
  • Practice general urology with the ability to build out subspecialty programs
  • 4.5-day work week
  • Hybrid model featuring both outpatient clinic and dedicated OR time
  • Access to 12 Da Vinci robotic systems across the group
  • Uncapped earning model with a never-ending base salary of $600k + RVU production + call; realistic earning potential of $1M+
  • Visa sponsorship available
