The Opportunity:
  • Join a well-established, high-volume urology practice with strong APP call support
  • Practice bread-and-butter general urology with the ability to build out subspecialty programs
  • 4.5-day workweek with a hybrid model of outpatient clinic and dedicated OR time
  • Access to 12 Da Vinci robotic systems
  • Uncapped compensation model with a guaranteed, never-ending $600K base, plus RVU production and call pay - realistic $1M+ earning potential
