Seeking a full-time BC/BE Urologist to join an expanding clinical team at a community hospital northeast of Boston.Details: Full-scope general urology practice The role includes: Management of benign urologic conditions across the spectrum of general urology Endoscopic procedures including TURP, TURBT, and stone surgery Laser lithotripsy and access to ESWL In-office procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, and minor urologic interventions Opportunities for womenand#8217;s health, incontinence procedures, and BPH therapies Support from specialists in oncology, reconstruction, FPMRS, endourology, and more Access to advanced imaging, on-site pathology, and state-of-the-art OR facilities Practice includes 3 MDs, each with fellowship training, one advanced provider, and another advanced provider being recruited Shared call schedule and#126;1:4 Epic EMR High-demand, well-established patient population Strong administrative support, outstanding OR availability, experienced APs, and access to a top-tier referral center for advanced subspecialty consultation Eligibility for faculty appointment if desired Compensation/Benefits: Salary Range: $350k-$450k Two-year guaranteed base salary with a competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision coverage CME allowance and dedicated professional development support The Community: Life here offers the best of coastal New England living with easy access to major metro energy: charming seaside neighborhoods, historic architecture, and walkable downtown areas paired with beaches, marinas, and scenic waterfront views that make everyday life feel like a getaway.
