- Start Date: Aug 4
- Availability: Scheduling consists of 2 week on/ 2 week off rotation
- Shift: Monday – Friday Clinic and OR shifts. Typical schedule would consist of 4 clinic days with 1 OR day each week. 8am - 5pm.
- Call: None
- Procedures: Laparoscopic surgeries, Ureteroscopy, Renal and bladder u/s
- Patients for Shift: 20
- License: MI License, MI CDS, and MI DEA
- EMR: Athena & Meditech
