Patients for Shift: 20
Schedule: 4 clinic days with 1 OR day each week. 8am - 5pm
Availability: 2 week on/ 2 week off rotation
Required previous experience: At least 50 urological procedures, reflective of the scope of privileges requested during the past 12 months, or successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency/clinical fellowship within past 12 months
License: Can bid unlicensed providers, will need MI License, MI CDS, and MI DEA to start
