Job Description
Join a nationally recognized, physician-led health system in the heart of Big Sky Country who seeks a BE/BC Urologist to join the team.
This collegial, well-resourced team of 3 Urologists and 3 APPs delivers exceptional patient care with the balance, autonomy, and lifestyle Montana is known for.
The Practice:
Collaborative team of 3 Urologists + 3 experienced APPs.
Manageable volumes and light call with excellent coverage.
Balanced mix of clinic and block OR days.
Da Vinci XI robot and advanced imaging on-site.
Streamlined workflow with Epic EMR.
Compensation & Benefits:
$510,000 base salary + wRVU bonus model.
$45,000 sign-on bonus & relocation assistance.
$100,000 student loan repayment.
Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, PTO, CME, and 401(k).
